Removing option "update point" in Field maps

Question

Hello!  We are using GIS for sewer field mapping and maintenance.  For the maps we use for field mapping, i want to keep the option to update points as we refine our sewer maps.  But for the maintenance tasks, (inspecting catch basins, cleaning sewer lines, etc.)  I don't want the crew to be able to move a point.  Is there a way to eliminate this as an option?  Thanks!

On your layer's settings, you can set it to allow edits to attributes only.

If you need to edit the geometry in other places, you can make a View Layer that has separate settings.
