Support setting the default Portal URL during a silent install

It would be great to support being able to set the default Portal URL when installing silently similar to other programs such as ArcGIS Pro. This currently doesn't look to be a parameter as per Installing CityEngine silently—ArcGIS CityEngine Resources | Documentation

Yes I totally agree with you there @EdenPunter , surely in this day and age it should be an option?
