The ability to "nudge" graphics and text in ArcGIS Pro layout no longer works?

I have noticed that after updating to Pro 2.3 the ability to nudge graphics and text in layouts has stopped working. For example, if I have a legend, north, arrow, and some text I want to nudge either all together or separately. I used to be able to do this by selecting the items and then I could use the arrow keys while holding down either Shift or Ctrl to nudge different distances.

Has anyone else experienced this?

I haven't experienced this issue, but I did have other issues after the update. Try upgrading your graphics driver. This solved all the problems I was having.
