External Choice List Not Loading

Hey community,

Hopefully a simple one here but my external choice lists are not loading in my survey123 forms. I created a simple example to test and this is the setup. What am I doing wrong?

Try placing your file_name.csv file in your surveys media folder

Lols so simple. This was driving me mental. Did not realise in the instructions it said to store it in the 'media' folder. Thankssssss
