Printing error when using url parameter

I am using ArcGIS Enterprise 10.9.1 and have configured an application developed in Web AppBuilder. I consulted the documentation on how to use URL parameters to filter a layer based on the value of an attribute and zoom to that feature.
I tested the parameter configuration, which worked as expected. However, when I tried to use the print widget, it failed, informing me that it was not possible to create the layer from the service. (details of the error in the image).
Has anyone experienced this or have a solution?
