Slpk mesh not displaying 3d (flat)

Hello,

I'm having a problem with my slpk mesh not displaying the 3d properly and instead being flat out. (image 1 and 2)

In my case I'm trying to translate a mesh to a specific point which I achieved using the output coordinate system options in pix4d processing options. (image 3)

Initially the slpk mesh wasnt displaying at all in an arcgis pro scene, but after using the define projection tool it displayed in the correct coordinate but flat out. (image 4)
