URL to share web app links to wrong map

Question

Hi all, I had a web app published of an erosion map I made for UVM but the link to share this web app now links to Washington State Department of Transport's traffic volume info map. Not sure how this happened but I deleted that version of the web app, uploaded another, and ran into the same issue. Any ideas as to how to fix this?

Seems like the second link I sent works fine. The second link is from the AGOL app viewer while the first is from the AGOL info page on the web app. Not sure why they are different links to begin with but glad I know which one works now!
