Hello, can someone please help me with clipping this raster and creating a new polygon feature layer? I am trying to clip the "Reef Crest" Reef Zone into a new feature layer. I've tried using the Clip tools, but the "Unified_Florida_Reef_Tract_Map" raster does not come up. I have tried selecting by attributes, but the raster layer doesn't contain an attribute table. Can someone please let me know how I might be able to go about clipping out these polygons without having to do it manually?

Have you tried converting the raster to polygons using the Raster to Polygon geoprocessing tool and then use the resulting polygon feature for the clip?
