Troubleshooting - Mapping and Charting 10.5.1 Patch Installation

I am trying to install Mapping and Charting10.5.1 Patch 6 on my desktop computer but I receive the following error:>

"the upgrade patch cannot be installed by the Windows Installer service because the program to be upgraded may be missing, or the upgrade patch may update a different version of the program. Verify that the program to be upgraded exists on your computer and that you have the correct upgrade patch"

I have checked my ArcMap version and it is 10.5.1.7333 to be exact. What would be the problem?

This would be a patch to the ArcMap, Mapping and Charting Extensions, so the patch needs to find a Mapping and Charting Extension such as ArcGIS for Aviation or  ArcGIS for Maritime.
