Add a new item to the map context menu in ArcMap

I would like to add an additional item to the map context menu in ArcMap 10.1. Specifically the context menu when you right click over the map. Here's a picture:

[ATTACH=CONFIG]28542[/ATTACH]

I found the following post (http://forums.arcgis.com/threads/40395-Need-ProgID-for-context-menu-properties-command) that talks about going to Customize -> Customize Mode and then selecting the Context Menus toolbars, searching for the context menu you want to modify and then getting its GUID from the registry. However, I am not finding the above menu. Have I overlooked something? I can't believe this is one of the context menus that can't be modified.

Anyone else know what the GUID for this context menu is?

Thanks for the response. I did find this before I posted and doing a word search for "context" didn't point me to the correct menu. I don't think the menu I want listed here which must mean it is not configurable?
