Incorrect Dynamic Text with Multiple Filters

Hello,

I am having difficulty understanding why a dynamic text COUNT() function is indicating more objects than exists when multiple filters are selected. I am providing a video of the behavior as well as an image of the dynamic text.

If anyone has any suggestions, I would be very grateful.

Sorry for the late reply, I was caught on a different project. This is still an ongoing issue so I am thankful for the help.

I have never seen this before, can you share your experience or the webmap/data?  Cause I can't reproduce this on our end. My username is dmart if you can't make the data public.
