It was shown how to create multiple dynamic immersive GIS experiences from this single game engine project, each playing a crucial role.<\/P>Augmented Reality (AR) to Display Hidden Assets<\/STRONG><\/P>AR was used to display hidden assets of a real existing building. A simple Unity project was created. The project included a model of a recently constructed building. With the latest version of the SDKs, you can filter content and turn certain assets on and off. This simple project was already exported to a smartphone to create a first immersive experience - an augmented reality application in the real world.<\/P>Mixed Reality (MR) and Virtual Reality (VR) for Collaboration and Enhanced Training<\/STRONG><\/P>Mixed reality and a virtual table were used for collaboration and planning. A complete overview of the realistic simulation of the current situation was presented, and interaction with multiple participants was clearly demonstrated.<\/P>Then it went into full immersion in the virtual reality world. The possibilities for training simulations in debriefings or misconduct by actors were discussed. With VR for training, the information intake of actors can be improved and the number of errors minimized, which is crucial when every second counts in an emergency situation.<\/P>AR for Emergency First Responders<\/STRONG><\/P>Furthermore, it was shown how emergency first responders can use AR to see how the situation on site might develop. They can see emergency vehicles arriving at the scene and identify possible access problems in the real world. With AR, they can also look inside the building and understand internal building structures and systems such as air conditioning ducts or directly identify potential hazards.<\/P>
