Updated SAML configuration instructions

Hello,

I am an IT person attempting to set up SAML for our organization and the documentation for doing that is not correct. The article at https://doc.arcgis.com/en/arcgis-online/administer/saml-logins.htm states "2 At the top of the site, click Organization and click the Settings tab."
Well, there is no "Organization" at the top. So is there an updated set of instructions I can find somewhere that has instructions for the website as it exists now?
