Points not labeling on map in feature report

Question

I have survey that generates a feature report after submission,  and the report includes a map. The points are labeled on the web map that is the source for the map in the feature report, and those labels display in the map (no scale visibility filter applied) . The labels however do not display on the map within the report, only the points display. What may cause this? Do I specifically have to call out the labels when building the parameters of the map in the feature report itself? I am creating the map with following parameters:

I am so glad your labels showed up.   My labels are displaying now too, but it was operator error on my part.  I had a scale dependency.

Mine just started to display. No rhyme or reason why.

I am having the exact same issue, except with polygons not displaying their labels in the report map.
