Feature Class to Feature Class Geoprocessing Tool Not Found

I cannot find the "feature class to feature class" geoprocessing tool in the geoprocessing pane. I have tried to check relevant toolboxes (I know that it is supposed to be found in the conversion tools toolbox) and searching for it outright in the geoprocessing pane and cannot find it. Are there any suggestions or steps I could take to correct this?

I think I ran into this also some time ago; I think that the fc to fc geoprocessing tool may be obsolete; instead there are 'features to <geometry>' tools that you use instead. I'd be interested to know if I'm incorrect about this though.

The answer depends upon the version of Pro you're using. If you're using a newer version you can look for the "export features" tool.

I use 3.1.1 and the "feature class to feature class" tool is still available but it's accompanied by the following pop-up:

The "new and shiny" Export Features tool adds "???". Meanwhile vital functionality is broken. Duno what Export features does better. But I know what it doesn't do - Export domain descriptions, even when the checkbox to do exactly that is checked in Environments. Feature Class to Feature Class definitely should not have been removed until this was fixed. What was it hurting, being there. But it had this key distinction of working with domains. This export of domain text actually worked with Feature Class to Feature Class and I had been using it in Pro. In fact, I just tried FC to FC in ArcMap and now it doesn't even work there.

you are so right!

I cannot get the output feature class to look for all files (only Feature Classes ( All type) which the old tired and true Feature class to Feature class did perfectly ( All Supported Types) . I need to attach pics to each individual point but it will not create a gdb in the folder I need with the pics . Worked just fine before the " Upgrade" .

Yes, I think there is a problem in this tool especially in ArcGIS Pro 3.4, the tool is not running and not doing the conversion!

Commenting on a tool that is deprecated, or now it seems retired, isn't going to change the fact that Esri is retiring/deprecating it. Esri states you should be using Export Features (Conversion) -- ArcGIS Pro | Documentation, so the question back to you becomes what isn't working with that tool for your workflow?
