I can't enable the administrative access to ArcGIS Notebook server using webadaptor

Question

Hello,

I have installed ArcGIS Notebook server 10.8.1 and ArcGIS web Adaptor and while I was configuring with the server, I didn't find the "Enable Administrative Access with Your Web Adaptor."

so, I can't access the server using web Adaptor.

please, if you know how I can enable that, reply with instructions.

Hey Ahmad You can access the update menu for the Web Adaptor via the Server Admin menu. Navigate to https:///server/admin/system/webadaptors//update Here you can enable administrative access without any need for a reinstall. Hope that helps, David

Hi @AhmedFathy74 Thanks for reaching out. * Could you please share the status of the notebook server machine (using the private url) from the administrative api? which is https::11443/arcgis/admin/machines//status * In the notebook server machine, could you please share the results of 'docker info' & 'docker version' * Can you also try re-adding the web adaptor from a different browser, i.e. remove web adaptor from the notebook server site. Re-install the web adaptor with a different web adaptor context and add the same using a different browser. Thanks
