Apply same symbology without change in range

Question

I have a layer presenting forecast data in its attribute table fields, I need to export each year's map with the same range. I set the formula in "Expression Builder" but each time I edit the year the range will change (despite it's on manual interval)

Many thanks, Robert. I'm using apply symbology, but when I modify the field to a new one, pre defined ranges and labels disappear.

You may want to examine the Import Symbology from another layer workflow documented here.  What you could do is have your source layer with the symbology range you prefer, then add the new yearly layers and apply the symbology ramp to each new layer.
