Make Table View — Indicate the purpose of Field Info - Ratio checkboxes in tooltip

ArcGIS Pro 3.2.1

The Make Table View tool has Ratio checkboxes in the Field Info parameter. It's not clear to me what the purpose of the Ratio checkboxes is.

Could the Field Info parameter tooltip be improved so that it explains the Raio checkboxes?
