External Choice Images Not Displaying

Question

I'm having an issue with images not displaying when using an external choice list.  The csv and images are in the media folder, the images have consistent naming formats, the csv has name, label and image fields (I've also tried media::image as the column name), and if I put the information in the choices tab of the xlsx form, they display properly.  I do have a choice filter applied to the question and this information is also in the csv.  I'm at a bit of a loss as to what is wrong.  Any suggestions would be great.

name,label,category,image
ADPT-1,ADPT-1,destination,ADPT-1.jpg

This is a current limitation of external choice lists and external selects. We have an issue in our backlog to support this in the future. Please feel free to reach out to Esri Technical Support to log an enhancement and track progress.
