Hi, I enabled inbox option in survey123 connect and able to see the inbox button at the bottom. when I refresh the inbox it is showing correct count as shown below picture (2040),
When I see inbox initial screen and it is showing incorrect count.
Are there any in the sent folder? If you have both the sent folder and inbox, it won't re-download features to the inbox. Recommendation is not to have both on.
I already disabled sent option .
