Unable to scroll grid-themed surveys on tablets

Hi brains trust

So I have a survey where I can't seem to get the ability to scroll up and down a page of questions. I've mostly noticed this error comes up when I have the survey set in grid mode. I feel I've made some sort of error in the repeat on page 2 ${Sampling} and that is taking up too much real-estate (ie. as more of the relevants are selected, new boxes push the repeat button out of the window).

I've attached the XLMS and reference table for testing
