I'm running the new Raster Solar Radiation Tool in ArcGIS Pro 3.2 and I'm getting Error 010688 - no compatible GPU device was detected. I checked my NVIDIA Quadro RTX4000 compute requirements and found it to be 7.5 on CUDA GPUs - Compute Capability | NVIDIA Developer, exceeding the 5.2 minimum. I also updated my driver to the most recent version. I used the tool's "GPU Only" setting and will test the others. Has anyone else seen this problem?
Hello, I am an Esri developer working on the project. Your GPU card should be acceptable. Could you please check if there are other error messages, in addition to 10688?
