Is it possible to add markup to an image captured using Field Maps?

I understand it is possible markup on the Map using Field Maps.

However, I am interested in knowing if you can markup the image in the field.

For example, I take picture of car using Field Maps and I would like to markup/circle/highlight sections on the car that I would like to refer back to later on in the office.

You could take a photo outside of the application, mark it up, then attach in ArcGIS Field Maps.

Survey123 supports photo annotation and markup.
