Change a Feature Service

Question

Hey Everyone,

I currently have a couple of Feature Service files that are quite expensive. I use them for my online maps and the Business Analyst to create custom infographics. Do you all know if there is a more economical way for me to host the data on my ArcGis Online account?

You want to reduce the size of the feature storage? Lots of ways:

* Remove fields not in use
* Remove features not in use i.e. regions
* disable editing and editor tracking

* Consider vector tiles or other service types
* Generalize data (reduce the number of vertices in lines and polygons)
* Disable sync
* Optimize the layer
