Please make the ArcGIS Field Maps opensource so the developers can implement a lot of cool an useful stuff.

There are so many features that can be added and so many bugs that can be fixed.

This seems highly unlikely, however Field Maps is built with the same Native Apps SDKs available to any developer, and there are many open source samples available on ESRI's GitHub

I highly recommend sharing the source code in the ESRI GitHub, so the developer can develop an application based on ArcGIS field Maps.
