Copy (Clone) Enterprise Sites and related Pages between Portals with updates to URL

To use Enterprise Sites we must have the ability for easy migration of them from Dev to Test to Prod Environment. Cloning using Python creates a copy in the new environment but preserves the original URL and does not copy related pages.
