Unable to change share setting

Question

I am trying to change share settings from Owner to  Public or even Organization. I am unable to do so. When I to to Share--> Edit, I get to the share page, but it freezes. I've tried it with other maps with the same result. This seems recent. Anyone else having issues? Thanks!
