Is there a way to get Styles to .PDF usable on the latest version of ArcGIS Pro? (https://www.arcgis.com/home/item.html?id=b2eb88b888f44c699f0b54590cd52a9a)
I think so - I did a Google search on esri and esri_styles and found their ArcGIS Online Portal page for styles - at the bottom was a Contact Us link for an email address - SymbolAdvisoryBoard@esri.com - might be worth an email there perhaps?
I did a couple of months ago, would there be a better way to contact @styles_esri ?
It looks like the owner of that Portal item you listed has not updated it to ArcGIS Pro 3.1. I'd recommend adding a comment to that item details page so the owner sees and can update it for ArcGIS Pro 3.1.
