Is there a way to download portions of the OSM 3D basemap so that I can add attributes to buildings or add detail to geometry?
Hi Benjamin, Unfortunately, there's no way to do this through the web. However, it may be possible to accomplish what you're looking for using ArcGIS Pro. I'd recommend moving this question to the Pro product section as they may have more advice/suggestions.
