Disable World Geocoding Service for users on a license server?

Is there a way to disable or limit the use of the World Geocoding Service in ArcGIS Pro 3.x for users on a license server? Currently we have named users and I limit usage through credit budgeting. However, we will soon be switching to a concurrent use license server and I imagine that method will no longer work to limit users in ArcGIS Pro, since they won't be signed in.

There is not one out of the box; you would need to either disable Utility Services or create a custom role to restrict access to it. You can ask your account manager to sign up for this enhancement that is requesting exactly this functionality within ArcGIS Enterprise.
