show icon with empty (null) data in field

Question

I have assigned icons to values. However, some records have null or empty values for that field. I would still like to render an icon for those empty records. Any suggestions on how to do this? My goal is to render the gray icon if the record is empty/null.

I tried but it isn't working:

Instead of having the Arcade display it, you will need to use the No Data message. Add an icon to the No Data message using HTML and an SVG code.
