water surface runoff simulation with flow accumulation as speed and flow direction as direction?

Hello,

is it possible to create some kind of water surface runoff simulation in arcgis pro 3.0.2 with a combined raster including the attributes of flow accumulation (as magnitude/speed) and flow direction (as direction)? Any ideas on how this could be done? With arrows or flow renderer if possible?

Flow accumulation goes with the rainfall depth to get the runoff modelling.
