I would like to see the option to restrict users from selecting and unselecting features on the map widget. Once a user has selected a list item, that item is selected on the map. However, a user can easily click anywhere else on the map, thus unselecting the item from the list and deselecting it on the map. Then, a user has to go back through the list to select it again. Likewise, a user can accidentally select features on the map. Basically, we want to restrict select/unselect to the list and not the map. Apologies if this is already enabled somehow.
