Issue with 123Survey data not matching questions asked:

A survey about spotted lanternflies has the question: 

"Of the area with SLF infestation, what is the most severe density (per vine) observed?"

The popup on the output map says: 

"Of the area with adult SLF infestation, what is the most severe density (per vine) observed?"

I tested to see if this issue was caused because the survey question changed, but that is not the case. Even if some responses are submitted prior to a change, the change is still visible for that data on the map. 

 I also ensured that the survey is updated, saved, and published. 

Anything that could have caused it?

Would you be able to provide a screen capture of the issue? When you say the output map says something different is that in a web map? If it's a pop up in a web map that will be pulling from the alias of the feature service you can check by navigating to the item details page for the feature service the survey points to > select the Data tab > Select Fields. What does the Display Name say for the corresponding field?
