the geometry operation properties are in English(ArcGISPro3.1 Japanese version)

I am using the Japanese version of ArcGISPro. I updated from 3.0 to 3.1, but when I calculated the geometry, the "property" part became English. Is this a bug? Is there any way to switch back to Japanese?
