The best practice to build a model to convert the Revit files to multipatch features

Hi folks,

I’m looking for the best practice to convert the Revit files to multipatches and then publish them to AGOL, I need to read the whole data set from Revit file (Architecture, Electrical, Mechanical, Piping, Structural) and to have only five multipatches for the previous categories.

I started with the following model but it’s not generic and it’s only cover the feature in the Architectures elements.

Any ideas?
