Error 500 uploading form to Portal

Hello,

I'm running into an error that I haven't been able to resolve when uploading a Survey123 Form to a federal Portal. Screenshot and excel form are attached. I've successfully uploaded the same exact file to ArcGIS Online with no errors. Any ideas about how to get past this?

Hello @KStein, 

This is a defect (BUG-000137465) that's caused by a geometry question in the XLSForm that has null set in the bind::esri:fieldType. This is present in pre 10.9.0 ArcGIS Enterprise organizations.
