ArcGIS Connector issue? Unable to synchronize replica

Hello

I created a simple flow 3 months ago using the arcgis Connector. When a record is created, get some of the information and send an email. Everything was working fine until May 1st (as of Friday April 28th, flow was working as expected, Then starting May 1st, flow stopped working returning following error:)

I have tried with different feature layers and ALSO with different office 365 sites and I am getting the same results.

Any ideas?

Is the layer in question part of a Collaboration or some other replication process? 

I have a set up whereby I collaborate data from portal to AGOL, and when that occurs and a new feature is created in AGOL it triggers an email similar to your flow. It broke recently as my collaboration broke due to a schema change. I had to wipe out and recreate the collaboration AND build a new flow - not recreate the existing one but make a whole new one. My understanding is that the Flow webhook (ChangesURL) includes a reference to a specific version...hence why you need to recreate a fresh new flow.
