ArcGIS coords don't match Google Earth

I am looking for a village in Indonesia. The coordinates given are S 0 deg, 18'; E 130 deg, 40'. On gEarth, it shows a village in that location.

In Pro 2.9, that position is in a different place and there is no village according to the imagery basemap. Can anyone help me understand why the coordinates don't match?

Or better yet, what do I need to do to fix the problem?
