Component Password Changes

Hi,

 

Is it possible to change the password a component uses? For example, if passwords are set to expire for local accounts in ArcGIS Portal how do  you go about changing the password for the registered portal component in ArcGIS monitor? Do you have to unregister the component, and if so will you lose all the data for that component.

This is not possible in ArcGIS Monitor 2023.0, but we are working on resolving this limitation for the next Monitor release (which will be coming soon).

If you unregister a component, then the data will remain in the ArcGIS Monitor database - but unfortunately, the association(s) for the data will be lost. Sorry.
