When i open the map viewer classic and create labels with custom font, the label is showing correctly. But in new map viewer, the label didn't appears. I'm looking for the solutions in all sources, but i cannot see any of the correct solutions even from the Esri. Can anyone help please.

thanks, looks like an issue in the 4.x API displaying these characters. Would recommend creating an issue with support for you to track. You can see in the dev console error showing the issue when trying to create labels on the field.
