Media Instant App within ArcGIS Hub Site not Loading on Mobile Devices

I have an Instant App added into our ArcGIS Hub site.  It has been working fine for months until this week.  The map/Instant App loads fine in the Hub site with a desktop browser and in Incognito mode, but it does not load on an iPhone or Android.  On an Android I get the below image, and with an iPhone I just get blank white space.

 

Anybody seen this or have any idea what might be happening?

I have just found out that if I add the Instant App as an iframe into the Hub site, then it works.  But, if I add it as a map, it doesn't work on mobile devices....
