My portal dashboard is showing different formats in two different browsers

hi all, like the title says. I'm having an issue with my dashboard. The top dashboard is opened in Edge while the bottom one is opened in Chrome. I really have no idea what's going on. I recently overwrote the projects layer and maybe that has something to do with it?? Thank you

We had this same issue and after installing the stale query patch, the issue has been resolved.

Found the solution: go to internet Properties, click connections, and hit LAN Settings  and uncheck the box corresponding to use Automatic configuration script.
