Survey123 Web schedule only allows me to schedule thru Jan 2021

HI.

I have a Survey123 web form that we use annually. This would be the third year so I did a simple "Save As Name 2022" for the survey. We want to open a window of when people can take this survey and when I go to schedule it thru Dec 2 2022, the year 2022 isn't even a choice. Any ideas/suggestions how to fix this?

The date when you open a survey cannot be after you close it. Instead of setting up the opening date first, set the closing date first. That will do the trick. @ShariForbes
