Issue installing ArcGIS for Adobe

hello all, 

I’m finding every time the same issue everything time I try to install this plug in on my PC Windows 10 

I have ArcGIS Pro 3.0 and Adobe illustrator 2013 

but when I try to install the plug in, the installation doesn’t go ahead because tell me that: “require Adobe Illustator…” see image attached .. 

I really don’t know way

Good Morning Michele,

The extension aims to support the recent and latest versions of Illustrator and Photoshop. Currently, that translates to:

* Adobe Illustrator 2021 (version 25.3.1) - 2023 (version 27)

* Adobe Photoshop 2021 (version 22.0) - 2023 (version 24)

Upgrading to one of those should solve the installation problem.
