python 3.10 finally appears in Anaconda.

isn't testing it overtly.
I know that 32-bit Windows has been abandoned in this python version, are there any other holdups?

Yes please Esri! It shouldn't be THAT hard to keep your python version updated. I'd like to use the new match statement in 3.10.
