UPC or QR codes incorporated into my Survey123

Is there a way to scan a UPC or QR code as part of a Survey I am designing for collecting water sample data in the field? 

Maybe I just need to take a picture of it as part of the sample record, which could then be used by the lab when I deliver the samples to them.

Hi @robertmozer,

Survey123 supports scanning both UPC-type barcodes and QR codes through the device camera. You can read more about it on the Barcode Scanning in ArcGIS Survey123 page.
