I expect that only the Featurelayer in the range will be displayed after clicking the point. Is there any way to achieve this phenomenon?

I am not sure what you are asking for but you can simply return a feature by configuring its pop-up. depending on the zoom scale you can return a range of features. If you are looking for using a specific range for selections check out the geometryEngine buffer()
