I will be changing jobs. I wanted to know if my ESRI and Geonet account needs to be canceled. My new job I will have a new email.
Hi Penny,
If you would like to continue using the Esri account for your new organization in My Esri, please do the following:
1) My Profile> Edit Email Settings > Change your email address to your new email address.
2) My Profile> Disconnect from Your Organization > Click the Disconnect option.
Once you are disconnected from the organization, you may then request to be added to your new organization.
