Asset package to geodatabase with model builder

I am working with  utilitites network with electricity domain. I have the asset packgae (after migration with FME). I am working with fgdb because I do not want to stage utilities network in enterprise geodatabase yet.

I am using asset package to geodatabase tool. However when I use the tool with model builder then unfortunately it does not stage the utilities network. 

It would be nice to get some help.

Do you have any error messages to share? 

For Stage Utility Network, the service territory feature class must have at least one feature. Utility network features cannot be created outside of this extent.

In your screenshot, Load Data is not checked. Do you have data to load?
